Would you like to see more women in the top ranks of your organisation?

Most organisations are serious about the issues of talent management and getting more women into executive roles, generally because directors have found that having different perspectives on talent is good for the business. Having talent means you attract other talent and are able to stand out from the crowd on many different fronts.

You need good HR policy that allows talented women to advance and takes into account the issue of diversity as well as the many advantages it offers. Being a good employer means carefully considering how to attract talent and creating space for women to advance to the very top.

Many organisations are aware of the need to attract and keep hold of talented female professionals and offer leadership programmes and traineeships for this purpose. We applaud their efforts. However, there are still very few women at the top of organisations.

The Future Female Leaders Programme serves to make young women who are just starting their career aware of the impact they can have, exactly what skills they possess and how they are viewed with regard to career perspectives (i.e. ‘how the game is played’). It is vital that these young female professionals gain awareness of all these factors and we are convinced that our support can make this select group of professionals even stronger and more effective than they already are. The participants will also support each other as a group, with this support reinforced by giving alumnae roles in the programme.

Clients can participate in the programme in the following way:

  1. The candidates already have an employment contract and take part in the programme via their employer.
  2. The candidates are recruited and selected by Future Female Leaders BV to enter into the employment of another company/organisation via which they will participate in the programme.
  3. The candidates are recruited and selected by Future Female Leaders BV and then enter into our employment in order to work on suitable assignments for other businesses/organisations on a secondment basis.

The costs of the programme can be found on the ‘Programme’ page.
